Daobilige Su

Dr. Daobilige Su is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the ARIAM Research Hub, collaborating with Rijk Zwaan on agricultural robotics for data-driven vegetable phenotyping. Under the guidance of Prof. Salah Sukkarieh, he forms part of a team of researchers and engineers working on cutting-edge robotics.

Su completed his PhD at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 2017 and was previously a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Australian Centre for Field Robotics (ACFR) from 2017 to 2020. He later became an Associate Professor at China Agricultural University before returning to Australia. His research focuses on field robotics, SLAM, deep learning for robot vision, and autonomous navigation. He has published in leading robotics journals like IEEE Transactions on Robotics (T-RO) and has presented at IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) and IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS).
