Sharni Sujatha

Sharni received her Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (H1) from Deakin University, where she also worked as an Academic Tutor. During her time at Deakin, she was a Research Assistant focusing on Requirements Engineering for IoT Systems and was awarded the Associate Dean of Research Summer Research Scholarship. Outside of her academic work, she enjoys connecting with the student community and is passionate about supporting women in STEM, having been involved in various outreach activities.

Sharni’s research will explore the effects of gamma radiation on robotic systems, aiming to enhance the longevity and reliability of robot operations in nuclear facilities.
